Change of Mind
If you change your mind or receive an unwanted gift, you may return your item.
- Our standard return period for change of mind is 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Please note that for online returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any non-electrical product that is faulty or not of acceptable quality may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.
